DSC until to create the data app docker images using portainer apis

Using the new version of appstore v.3 under the following link:
https://binac.fit.fraunhofer.de/api/ids/data
I am unable to have the data app docker image created on the DSC local machine.
I can see that checking PortainerService class is required while creating that docker image.
