FileSystemException when overwriting an existing pack on Windows #25

When editing/overwriting an existing vanillatweaks pack on Windows 10, the download bar gets stuck, throwing a FileSystemException in the game log:

This seems to be an issue with Windows file locking (which is a terrible system that I could rant about all day), so I don't know if this is fixable from within the JVM, but maybe more graceful error handling could be added here?

Huh, strange. I also use windows and I haven't had this happening on my pc. I'll have to investigate
