• Noted that it's possible CadHub isn't officially listed for Hacktober, need to look into any final steps.
• Making some changes to the customizer values as discussed with @Irev-Dev last week, didn't have time this week but will get to it, shouldn't be too hard to change.
• OpenSCAD Advent of Code Calendar for the last 2 years, might not be able to do a joint one with CadHub?
  • Pretty time consuming to come up with scripts for it, but it seems to have at least a few dedicated fans.
  • Need 24 designs: could just to link CadHub projects, only need 8 per CAD package.
  • OpenSCAD could host the main page if we want.
• he and @franknoirot talked about Home Assistant, which has a great open source community, even doing release parties streamed on Youtube.
• Also talked about ESPHome and how nicely it allows for smart device configuration via YAML files, and other cool devices like the Heng Lamp, which @t-paul designed a custom board to put in the bottom of the lamp to connect to Home Assistant.

I thought listing for hacktober fest was as simple as adding the label/tag to the repo, which I haven't done because I'm busy this coming week, if there are other steps I missed them when I looked into it.

Happy to help out with the advent stuff, can contribute a few models.
