Underwater palast chest spawn

Describe the problem

The underwater chest spawns appear to be broken. The chest is split into two separate parts (see screenshot).

Seed is 26394297.

What Should Happen

Either no crate should spawn at this point, or the block that splits the crates into two different heights should not spawn there.
