i downloaded the full project but i have no clue how to run it or where to begin with it... can someone help me?

You need to have the latest version of Unity and UnityHub installed. From there, you can click on the 'add' button and select the entire project folder itself. After doing that, you can click on the project, and Unity will open it for you. Hope this helps!
