Support basic station gateways with more than one concentrator

Support configurations where there are more than one concentrator in the same gateway.

The frequencies will be the same, just having antennas pointed in different directions.

This will require updates to /etc/init.d/lora-basic-station. It can not just blindly copy /var/config/lora/station.conf into /var/run/lora/1/station.conf.

There must be a slave-N.conf for each board. If they are spi devices where the id matches N, it can be done with a wildcard, see the documentation example.

Thanks Jeff, but I'm not sure this is related; this is a single LoRa card. We used three different cards, in two different systems. We had the same problem with packet forwarder. So it might be something about these 246s. Since it happens with packet forwarder too, maybe it's bad (old) firmware in the LoRa card FPGAs or something...
