Note: 🚧 This extension is not deployed on Chrome, Bing, or Brave yet. You have to upload it if you want to use it.

Installation

For Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to chrome://extensions/.
  3. Enable "Developer mode" (toggle switch usually located in the top right).
  4. Click on "Load unpacked."
  5. Select the cloned extension directory (your-extension).
  6. 🌟 The extension should now be visible in the extensions list.

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Navigate to about:addons.
  3. Click on the gear icon in the top right and select "Debug Add-ons."
  4. Click on "Load Temporary Add-on."
  5. Select any file in your extension's directory (e.g., manifest.json).
  6. 🌟 The extension should now be loaded temporarily.

For Microsoft Bing:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based).
  2. Navigate to edge://extensions/.
  3. Enable "Developer mode" (toggle switch usually located in the bottom left).
  4. Click on "Load unpacked."
  5. Select the cloned extension directory (your-extension).
  6. 🌟 The extension should now be visible in the extensions list.

For Brave Browser:

  1. Open Brave.
  2. Navigate to brave://extensions/.
  3. Enable "Developer mode" (toggle switch usually located in the top right).
  4. Click on "Load unpacked."
  5. Select the cloned extension directory (your-extension).
  6. 🌟 The extension should now be visible in the extensions list.

Usage

  1. Click on the color picker button to activate the EyeDropper.
  2. Pick a color from the screen.
  3. Picked colors will be displayed in the extension popup. 🌈
