Meta-key not working?

Hi, this is a great Dockerfile, thanks for sharing it.

I am using it on a Mac, and I am unable to use M-x. it inserts ≈ instead. I am not sure where that should be adjusted, M-x works fine in a regular emacs for me, just not in the Docker version. Any idea if this is something to fix in the Dockerfile, or if there is something external I have to do?

Similarly, is there a way to get super and hyper keys setup?
