Download the stable version via Release or the latest build via Artifacts in Actions.
Just put it directly into the plugins folder. There is no configuration file or command.

syncplayersitemslots.bypass- Players with this permission do not synchronize their inventory slots.
- SyncPlayersHealth - Synchronizes the health of all players.
- SyncPlayersFoodLevel - Synchronizes the food levels of all players.
