FAB and QS tile should be toggles #168
Description
The quick settings tile and the in-app FAB should be toggles, meaning they can both start and stop (pause?) the recording. The current behaviour of creating an overlay and waiting for it to be tapped should be optional.
That can improve the experience if the user prefers to not have a notification or overlay.
