Load Inter fonts via https://github.com/fontsource/fontsource.
Only load variable font and use sans-serif fallback for browsers that do not support it.

fontsource seems to be dependent on a bundler. Hosting locally since 2b05057
Have been serving KaTeX fonts locally too. Next up: https://www.zachleat.com/web/comprehensive-webfonts
