You can do that for example with the 1.0.0-beta.15 version as follows:

wget https://github.com/JanssenProject/jans/releases/download/v1.0.0-beta.15/jans_1.0.0-beta.15.ubuntu20.04_amd64.deb -O /tmp/jans_1.0.0-beta.15.ubuntu20.04_amd64.deb

apt install -y /tmp/jans_1.0.0-beta.15.ubuntu20.04_amd64.deb

Same would go for other versions.
