The /help-guidelines command was pretty scuffed since it was added.
I was thinking about adding the help-guidelines channel to the guild config and letting the bot automatically pull it's content, thus, we don't have to rely on some random discord link as the image and don't need to update the guidelines twice (in the channel itself and the help-guidelines.txt)
I guess this would make stuff much simpler.
