Unable to run project due to error in pom.xml #1

Hi Java Techie I've watch your Microservices Logging Tutorial and it's great!
I really wanted to tryout the project however I encounter a problem... :(
When trying to run the springboot example. The program keep printout error :
Non-resolvable parent POM for com.javatechie:elk-stack-example:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT: Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.2.6.RELEASE from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Remote host terminated the handshake and 'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM @ line 5, column 10: SSL peer shut down incorrectly -> [Help 2]
Maybe you have some insight to why this problem happen. I really appreciate your help. Thank you!
