[FR] Create contact button

Description

As a user, I want to have a create button on the homepage to be able to create a new contact.

Please, use the same for as "edit" action.

Please, add possibility to choose contact_book while creating or edition a contact. Use a dropdown.

Acceptance criteria

1. It is possible to create a contact using UI
2. It is possible to choose contact book for the contact
