Need to call request twice, won't react on first call

When I use the location service "always" then on iOS 11 I can choose "Only when using" (the app). The status in the request methods callback then is not .authorized. When calling request a second time (to bring the user to settings so he can change to "always") then nothing happens. But when calling the request method again it works. It also works when calling it the fourth time.
