Not working with Sequelize V4

When I tried to use this module with sequelize v4 I encountered this error:
```
TypeError: revisionModel.associate is not a function
    at trackRevisions (.............../node_modules/sequelize-logbook/index.js:238:17)
```
I noticed it was created with Sequelize V3 in mind.
Is there a way to use it with V4?
