Palm link gripper_link not found. The gazebo grasp plugin will not work.

As you see, I have added the gripper_link to my urdf, so why this plugin can't find this link?

Have a look in Gazebo, the name can vary, especially if fixed links are joined together. On the navigation panel on the left-hand side you can expand the model details. You have to use the Gazebo name of the link that is directly above the finger links.
