Ask for: How to download JBR(JetBrains runtime) in China network without vpn

Hello guys,
There is a problem of downloading jbr，In China, we have to use vpn to open github but the download speed is unstable when i using vpn,
and it need JBR to use compose hot-reload
so Are here other good options to download JBR?

I think a good option would be to use IntelliJ: It allows to 'manage jdks' and has a 'download' button. There you could select the JetBrains runtime and download it. The download site here is listing a lot of links that are hosted by us, JetBrains:

Maybe I am careless, because I don't have found anything like download JDK button.
There is only 'download JDK' button via the gradle option. But it only has JBR17. And It will download failed(as shown in the picture i posted)
