Windowsservercore images no longer available? #28

Since support for windows build 1803 was added, the windowsservercore images are no longer available. We require support for 32 bit applications in our test container, so nanonserver isn't an option - would you be able to re-introduce the server core tags?

@rogersillito, is it possible to use jetbrains/teamcity-agent or build custom image with a docker file like that?

@dtretyakov - actually yes we should be able to follow that approach instead: so by replicating those build steps I will end up with an equivalent image to the last published teamcity-minimal-agent:windowsservercore-1709 image? I was concerned that without knowing what your (private) teamcity-base image contained, it wasn't safe to just copy across to a plain windowsservercore image as you've suggested.

I'm assuming you see the minimal agent image to fit better with nanoserver only from this point; It may help others to update the readme to refer back to the "full fat" agent in case they need a windowsservercore build instead?
