More comments on the commands that process and export assets

I really appreciate the effort you're going through to make this project CMake-compatible, but I'm having some trouble to understand what you are doing, especially on some obscure parts of the files that deal with asset processing. Could you leave some more comments and explain a bit more your reasoning, please?

No problem, I have a basic version working, so I am cleaning things up, and commenting what I am doing and why. I was just experimenting with some things.
