Tiers (sortable)
- Rotatable between base/natural tier, max tier, and current tier

Actions:

Toggle to search only currently available/displayed nodes (depends on atlas state)
'Copy list' button
On Click: Select corresponding nodePixiObject on the atlas, and bring up its node info sidebar.
Show more info on hover?
