Минификацию js и css https://github.com/matthiasmullie/minify/

компиляцию less
https://github.com/oyejorge/less.php/
https://github.com/less/less.js/

Минификацию HTML https://github.com/kangax/html-minifier/

Еще надо придумать как картинки компрессировать вроде вот эта библиотека подходит https://github.com/bachors/PHP-Image-Compressor-Class
