Option for Guide Button to Focus Playnite Only if No Game is Running

Feature description

Playnite Full Screen already has an option to focus the program by pressing the guide button. This is good to have, but it conflicts with any games that may use the guide button, or Steam's own Big Picture Overlay. So I have a somewhat granular request.

I would like a sub-option for the guide button to focus on Playnite only if no game is running. This would allow the use of Steam's controller overlay while still letting the guide button focus playnite if it loses focus after the game closes.
