Bug Description

Since 3 month, may more, every time I startup my Windows and run Playnite, the software stuck in the splash screen for around 90 seconds, after that, the software run perfect. If I close Playnite and run it again, it doesn't get stuck, splash screen only delay 3-5 seconds.
I had tried the

Playnite Takes Longer to Start After Windows Update

If you've noticed that Playnite takes longer to start after a Windows update, you can try the following steps:

Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.

Run the following commands:

c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\ngen.exe update
c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\ngen.exe update
but nothing change.
I had dissable all the addons and start in safe mode and the same happends.

To Reproduce

After a fresh startup of Windows, run Playnite.

I don't see anything wrong in the logs and we haven't changed anything related to app startup in over a year. So no idea, something else on your system must have changed that's causing the slowdown.

Try running this and also try reinstalling .NET Framework.

I tried this but cannot reinstall .NET Framework, Windows 11 said it is already installed.
