The discrete explicit POMDP interface in QuickPOMDPs is only useful for the very simplest of problems. I tried using it for even a fairly small cancer treatment problem in my class and it was very tedious to calculate all of the probabilities, make sure they sum up to 1, etc. It is also confusing that it is in the QuickPOMDPs package JuliaPOMDP/QuickPOMDPs.jl#12
