Remove @ingredients?

Hello all!

I saw that this package re-exports @ingredients from PlutoLinks.jl.

Adding PlutoLinks as dependency makes this package load slower (because it depends on Revise), which makes homeworks/lectures load slower.

Maybe it could be removed? And the documentation can tell people to use PlutoLinks as a tip? (We already have this here)

Thanks for the suggestion. I trust your judgement about what's best.
The only downside I see is that it would break some notebooks that assume it would be there. So we should make a new minor version.
When I last looked, the documentation for PlutoLinks wasn't clear to me, so unless that's improved significantly, I'd suggest we keep an example of how to use it from the example notebook.
