LoessModel should implement StatsBase.RegressionModel interface?

It would be great to have LoessModel implement the RegressionModel interface so we can use all the nice features from StatsBase.

How about StatsModels API also?

So, we'll have

fit(Loess, @formula(y ~ x), dataframe; span = 0.5) 

Or / and

Loess(@formula(y ~ x), dataframe; span = 0.5)
