[Feature Request] Add compatibility with gamemasterplc's Widescreen patch

gamemasterplc created a 16:9 widescreen patch that's better than the previously available cheat code hacks. However, it's unfortunately not compatible with this undub, and I think being able to use the two together would make for an even better modern ToS experience than the PC/HD versions.

I created two patches that applies gamemasterplc's changes to the Undub's isos:

It's about as experimental as the undub's beta patch and largely untested, but give it a try.
Also note that any issues or bugs present in gamemasterplc's widescreen patch will also be in this version of it
