Allow Token Field to be shown in Read Only mode

I have added readonly functionality to the Token Field that allows it to display existing tokens without the user being able to add or remove tokens.  We use this in a situation where users might not have permission to change the tokens, but we want to maintain a consistent display of the tokens.
