Add localisation options

Send /cast fishing for start casting the bobber, please add an option so we can use another text instead of /cast fishing (exemple : /cast pêche) ;)

@KevinTyrrell had you any chance to look into this?
Instructions on how to compile and build a new jar with changed source code will work as well =)
I tried to do it myself but got an exception on start.

P.S.: I have cyrillic forms of Fishing Bobber and /cast Fishing
