Inconsistent UI After Editing

Steps to reproduce:

1. After adding a note with date to the first person, the note and date is displayed at the first person displayed details.
2. However, after editing the first person detail, the date seems to disappeared from the first person displayed details.

Actual Output:
Step 1: As you can see here, there is a date beside the note of the first person

Step 2: But after the user edited the details of the first person, the date seems to disappear from the note of the first person

Expected Output:
The UI displayed should be consistent after every command.
