Right now the only way to include new translations is by manually translating the strings.xml which is... not the best for regular users (error-prone, no way to track progress, etc.). I propose implementing integration with a service (I recommend Weblate!) to ease the task, like, a lot for casual translators.

It looks like Weblate is free for open source projects (See "Weblate proudly supports libre projects" here) but I don't know how difficult it is to set up. I looked at some other projects to find a few more options, but Weblate was definitely the most popular:
POEditor (has a free plan, also has an free Open Source Plan)
