chat not appearing in chat when opening the file #3

If i press 1 it just keeps feeding chat but not appearing on the stream ?
i have 10 auth keys and acc's.
what could resolve this issue, sometimes it works on my offline chat if i manually choose a bot

Please look into this, the chat will not send anymore. i tried on 3 different pc"s. or is twitch blocking my IP ?
