Je tam nejspíš příliš Vystoupení na plenárnm zasedání a tak load stránky trvá neúměrně dlouho (zpracování query v postgresu).

není možný, že tam jsou duplicity?

alespoň by šlo přidat tam info, že to běží zpočátku pomalu
nebo vybrat nějakou skupinu na začátek
