Mapping errors for certain movies/shows #2518
-
I'm seeing the following errors when running the script for a handful of movies/shows:
And further down it shows I've tried refreshing the metadata for these movies/shows in plex and it doesn't pull any info (movie poster, description, etc). Looks like this may be a plex issue, any ideas how to resolve it? Thanks! |

Those items are not matched to anything in Plex, so Plex doesn't know what they are. For example:
That's matched in Plex but Kometa can't find it on TVDB
That's matched in Plex, buit has no external IDs that Kometa can use to map between sites.
unsupported agent
Not matched in Plex. |

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there a recommended way to fix existing matches or change how Plex imports/scans new files? Plex has just been automatically picking up what sonarr/radarr drop in their respective directories. Trying to understand why some movies have this issue but not others I've messed around with the agents quite a bit and haven't been able to find a configuration that fixes this. Also seeing this in the Plex console when trying to manually refresh metadata:

Most likely down to naming. Simplest and best for matching is to ensure your files and folders follow Plex' recommendations, and especially to add an IMDB/TMDB ID to the folder name. Sonarr/Radarr can do this for you. Since I started adding the IDs into the name I don't think I've ever seen a mismatched or unmatched item. Thus:
