In AA 2.1.0-dev-6359, the check UsualClassTypeQualifierBuilder.kt:66 started to fail.

To reproduce, run Dokka's test nestedGenericClasses here by the task testSymbols.

The bug was detected by Scheduled Tests K2
Blocked by https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-71305/Analysis-API-a-check-in-UsualClassTypeQualifierBuilder-is-failed
