However, for other test nets, the address is different. Etherscan.io also confirms that this duplicate address is on the Ropsten network.
My question is then- what is the main net address?

Both are correct. Our admin deploy from a wallet with the same nonce in ropsten and mainnet, so it results in the same address in two networks.
