Protein to Protein network.
In order to run main.py you need:
Libraries: matplotlib.pyplot , networkx, numpy, csv,from tqdm import tqdm, os, collections, sys
After installing the libraries to run the script you only have to specify the path. e.g: python main.py "/home/user/Project"
