Update CONTRIBUTING.md

Context

The current contribution guidelines currently contain broken links, missing sections and out-of-date team members.

Possible Implementation

  • Update the Curriculum team
  • Update the broken links to Code of Conduct, Teaching Philosophy
  • Add the Milestones missing section
