LSMetrics

LandScape metrics (LSMetrics) is a free and open source package developed in Python that calculate multiple landscape metrics for raster data.

The LEEC lab team has developed several tools for spatial and landscape analysis: -LSMetrics -LSCorridors -Landscape analysis in R (take a look in our website!)
