[BUG]: Padding doesn't change

Summary

Neither the workspace nor the container padding changes. If I set it to 0 it still remains the same, even after manually stopping and starting komorebi.

Fixed on master; you can run komorebic start with the --clean-state for now if you don't want to use a build from master
