Improve example

The example located in doc/RunningAtNersc.rst looks outdated and it doesn't work right out of the box.

Is there a way to know which things should be updated?

I think one of the issues is that the current example uses a coadd repo that was processed using obs_lsstCam, which now is deprecated.
Changing the template repo would fix this @rearmstr?
