No Keyboard Short Cut to Close Window

This may exist as an undocumented feature, in which case it is a documentation issue. However currently the game is played almost entirely from the keyboard. Currently the only thing that uses (and requires) the mouse is closing the window. I have not found a way to do if from the keyboard yet.

I suggest that one of 'X' or 'ESC' ends the game and closes the game window.

Although an OS level keyboard short cut might work, those feel dirty and probably shouldn't be relied upon. Low Priority unless it can be done trivially fast, the medium at most.

Currently the mouse is used to toggle logging of units, but yeah it should probably have 'ESC' to close. Easy fix will get to it after my next commit most likely. Also good first issue if you look at src/runner/runner.adb and src/ui/sdl.ads

Are there instructions for the usage of run (beyond its command line usage)? Because I didn't know about the mouse button thing, the README mentions period and space, but I think that is it.
