Formalize File Format #4
Description
Include a formal definition of the compiled file format.
The two main reasons for this are:
A) Official support for alternate compilers besides 'as'. The informal definition already allows for that and unofficial support has been granted.
B) Allow for a slightly more complex format. For instance including a cookie at the front with version information, or more complex sectioning so you could include data at the bottom of the unit's section without including the middle code.
