New-CWMScheduleEntry typo in documentation

It currently says create new ticket. Should be updated to say something about creating new schedule entry.

Furthermore, it's the same issue in several places. It honestly looks like you copied the "New-CWMProductCatalog" function to create this function as well as the New-CWMTicket functions, (and maybe others I haven't noticed yet. ) and updated the function but not the documentation section. So the documentation inside CWManage.psm1 are actually wrong on the New-CWMTicket function as well.
