Updated in 1089307, the control software's clock tick frequency is 10Hz.
It's worth investigating what's preventing us from increasing the frequency to an ideal 100Hz, or the ⅔Hz that it was before the change. I know we experienced sever input latency with a higher frequency and suspect we'll need to profile the application to understand what's going on.
