Use same consistent shorthand names for granting resource permissions #71

Currently, the shorthand for requesting resource permissions vary per resource. It would be easier if they could all be mapped to a list of common shorthand names:

For example,

  • read
  • write
  • execute
  • full

Use access_level in IAM permissions JSON definition to group together related operations by label.
