Individuals should carry on their persons at all times an "ID".

Such device gives:

• identification and keyless entry,
• credit transfer authority (to and from), and
• records contacts (possibly w/log of datetime of contact).
• DOES NOT allow for person-to-person communications.

This removes messy or noisy pockets (getting rid of ID, keys, business cards, credit cards), provides easy means of locating individuals, and allows individuals to build a informal and formal network.

Note: RSS standard (should) allow a "contact" type.
