Reduce number of screens when confirming transaction

Description

When interacting with dapps user usually have to go through 5 different screens...
Ledger Flex have so much bigger screen than ledger nano, but number of steps that user have to go when signing txs is not so reduced... I would like to see the second and the third screen reduced to one screen - this could be achived by having smaller font. Or there could be at least option is settings where user can choose between larger tx info vs smaller info and thrown away one screen.

My proposal:

On the first screen where there is logo of a network there could be also network name.
Then there is only maxFees info, which should be easily placed in prevoius screen just by slightly reducing font size.

Thanks for your feedback @tomasz90 , we'll keep these in mind for the next updates even though modifying elements of the SDK might not be trivial as it has an impact on all the apps.
